fix(studio): the settings window has a largest size and stays centered instead of filling a big screen

1360 by 900 at most, over the dimmed app; a smaller window still gets it filled. On a 2000px window the content was either 700px columns or a block with 180px of empty margin each side. Follows the revised board Set-Wide.
