test(e2ebench): keep the compare goldens LF on every checkout

.gitattributes pins *.go to eol=lf but not *.golden, so a Windows checkout turns
the byte-compared goldens into CRLF and TestCompareOutputUnchangedWithoutUnaccountedRuns
fails there. Pin *.golden to eol=lf as well.
