feat(integrations): a ready-made DeepSeek Harness bundle that runs Reasonix as a subagent

A configuration-only package (no code) in integrations/dsh-plugin, installed
from this repository's subdirectory with pnpm's path: selector, plus the
integration guide docs/DSH.md.
