ci(issues): close the issues a merged 1.x pull request fixes

GitHub acts on "Fixes #N" only for pull requests merged into the default
branch, which is studio, so fixes merged into main-v2 left their issues
open. On a merge into main-v2 this reads the description's closing
keywords, notes the fix on each open issue and closes it.

# GitHub closes an issue named by "Fixes #N" only when the pull request merges
# into the default branch. This does the same for the 1.x line. It reads the
# merged pull request's description and never checks out its code.
