feat(tui): remove Rust renderer, return to pure-Ink TUI (0.46.0) (#1151)

* chore(chat): default to Ink — remove rust integration hooks

Drop the rust renderer setup branch in chat.tsx: warning print, stderr-
to-log redirect, null stdin/stdout, scene/trace handler wiring, the
approval/composer/mode/preset/setup-submit refs. Ink runs as the only
TUI path; render() loses the rust-vs-node ternaries.

First step of removing the rust renderer entirely — App.tsx still owns
the (now-orphan) ref effects, scene modules and crate still on disk.

* chore(ui): drop scene-driven picker bridges + integrated handlers

App.tsx loses the five isIntegratedRendererRequested() picker effects
(sessions / theme / checkpoint / model / mcp hub) — Ink modals already
handle those states without the rust bridge. Strip useSceneTrace, all
*Json memo inputs that only fed it, sceneApproval, prompt-input /
list-picker subscribe stores, and the approvalDispatchRef / rustComposer
/ modeSet / presetSet effects.

use-qq-channel.ts drops the rust prompt-overlay branch in promptLine —
readline is the only path; the `{ secret: true }` option goes with it
(no terminal-side echo masking either way under Node readline).

* chore(ui): delete scene/ directory + useSceneTrace hook + tests

Drop the rust-renderer integration surface: scene/renderer.ts (NAPI
loader), scene/trace.ts (snapshot bridge), scene/{null-stdin,null-stdout,
input-adapter}.ts (Ink-side stubs when rust owned the TTY), scene/{prompt-input,
list-picker}-store.ts (cross-process picker dispatch), hooks/useSceneTrace.ts
(scene-frame emitter), and the three companion test files.

Setup.tsx loses its submitRef forwarding too — Node's MaskedInput is the
only key source now.

* chore(rust): delete crates/, subpackages/, build scripts, release workflow

Pure tree deletion: crates/reasonix-render/ (rust ratatui sources + napi
glue), subpackages/render-*/ (the five empty per-platform optional-dep
packages — the .node binaries were CI artifacts, never committed),
scripts/dev-prepare.mjs (cargo build wrapper), scripts/sync-render-versions.mjs
(subpackage version pin syncer), .github/workflows/release-render.yml
(napi-rs CI matrix), and the matching .gitignore entries.

Cargo.toml + Cargo.lock at repo root go too — no rust code remains.

* chore(pkg): strip optionalDependencies + rust build scripts

Drop the five @reasonix/render-{platform}-{arch} optional deps (subpackages
are gone), the rust:build / render:versions:* / dev:prepare npm scripts
(scripts gone), and the corresponding render-version guards in verify /
prepublishOnly. npm install on every supported platform now resolves to the
same minimal dep tree — no platform-specific .node fetch step.

* feat(tui): pure-Ink rebuild — drop renderer patches, simplify cards

Now that the rust renderer is gone, the workarounds we layered on top
of Ink for it (or in defense against its quirks) are unmotivated dead
weight. Clear them out in one pass and adopt a single consistent glyph
vocabulary across the card vocabulary.

Renderer config:
- chat.tsx render() drops `patchConsole: false`, `incrementalRendering:
  false`, `alternateScreen` toggle — Ink defaults take over
- `--no-alt-screen` / `--no-mouse` CLI flags + altScreen / mouse
  ChatOptions removed; useTerminalSetup hook (hand-rolled DECSET 2004 /
  >4;2 / 1007 ANSI sequences) deleted
- useCursorBlink + its issue-#728 active-guard removed; cursor stays
  statically visible (no half-blink ghosting on the slow side)

Card chrome:
- Card primitive drops the left stripe + border config; settled
  vs active is now identical, just a column box with a top margin
- CardHeader drops titleBg / titleColor pill background; titles
  are plain bold tone-colored text
- All card / LiveRows / Setup callers stripped of pill props

Glyph vocabulary (consistent across every card):
- running / active   ●
- completed          ✓
- failed / error     ✗
- aborted            ⊘
- queued / pending   ○
- warning            ⚠
- child row          ⎿
- progress bars      █ / ░
- spinner            braille

Layout:
- PromptInput wrapped in borderStyle="round" — rounded composer box
- ComposerArea reorders: suggestions → composer → loop status →
  ModeStatusBar → StatusRow (bottom)
- StatusRow outer row flips to flexWrap="wrap", drops height=1; on
  narrow terminals pills wrap to a new line instead of truncating
- Leading horizontal rule above StatusRow removed (it's at the bottom now)

Discoverability hints (info rows surfaced on startup):
- /dashboard once the embedded server URL is ready
- /copy permanently in startupInfoHints

Residual rust mentions cleaned: --node CLI flag, useInputRecall +
keystroke-context comments, REASONIX_RENDERER plumbing in the
chat-mcp startup-summary test.

* chore(release): 0.46.0 — Rust TUI removed, pure-Ink rebuild

CLI npm package only — the desktop Tauri client banner stays at its
own version on the download page. README drops the "Terminal renderer
(Rust by default)" section that pointed at the now-removed
optionalDependencies + REASONIX_RENDER_BIN path.

CHANGELOG 0.46.0 entry covers the rust-renderer removal, the env vars
that became no-ops, and the TUI overhaul that landed in the same arc
(rounded composer, bottom status row, /dashboard + /copy hints,
narrow-terminal pill wrapping).

* ci: drop rust job (rustfmt / clippy / cargo test) — crate is gone

+
+Walkthrough for shipping a signed Reasonix Desktop bundle.
+
+The release workflow at `.github/workflows/release.yml` reads everything
+below from repository **Secrets** — nothing in this repo holds keys.
+Without these secrets set the workflow still builds, but installers come
+out unsigned (Windows shows SmartScreen warnings; macOS marks the app
+"damaged" until the user right-clicks → Open).

+## Tauri updater signing (all platforms)
+
+Tauri's updater verifies bundle artifacts against a public key embedded
+in the app. Generate once and commit the **public** half to
+`tauri.conf.json`.

+ever publishes a Flatpak or Snap, the respective store handles signing
+on upload.

+## Updater pubkey rotation
+
+Rotating the updater key invalidates every previously installed
+client's ability to verify updates. Avoid unless the private key
+leaked. If it must happen:
+
+1. Generate a new key pair (`tauri signer generate`).
+2. Ship one transitional release signed with the **old** key whose
+   notes tell users to download fresh installers manually.
+3. Replace `tauri.conf.json#plugins.updater.pubkey` in the next release.
+4. Update `TAURI_SIGNING_PRIVATE_KEY` in repo secrets.
+
+## Troubleshooting
+
+- **"errSecInternalComponent" on macOS runners** — Apple's `notarytool`
+  needs the keychain unlocked. `tauri-action` handles this when the six
+  Apple secrets are present; if you've inlined custom steps, add a
+  keychain-unlock step before signing.
+- **"The signature of the application is invalid"** on Windows after
+  an update — almost always means the updater's `pubkey` in
+  `tauri.conf.json` doesn't match the private key used by the workflow.
+  Confirm both halves come from the same `signer generate` run.
+- **`xcrun: error: unable to find utility "altool"`** — runner is on
+  Xcode older than 13. Pin `xcode-select` or upgrade the runner image;
+  `notarytool` (the replacement) is what Tauri v2 uses.
