The plugins keep the facts and drop the decisions: 3,900 characters out of the prompts
The rule the owner settled, applied to all sixteen files by a reviewer and then by hand: write only what the model cannot work out for itself. Out went the orders of work it can choose (fill this before that, read the page again, check that it took, look where you expect), the provenance of Workday's steps, which belongs in docs/sites.md, the step anecdotes kept beside their own facts, and the confirmation emails nobody has seen. What replaced the captcha paragraphs is the fact underneath them: a ticked box goes stale in a couple of minutes, so it is the last thing done, and a second tick undoes the first. That says why the captcha comes last without ordering the work. Three cuts the reviewer asked for were refused, because the model cannot derive them: that Outlook's search matches the words inside messages, so a message mentioning the site is not the site's; that the mailbox plugins are loaded on every form, which is why they say when they apply; and how a row is found inside a shadow root on SmartRecruiters. JazzHR gained what a dry run on a real posting showed today: the CV goes to `#resumator-resume-value`, and the link beside it refuses the file. That was one of the unknowns the plugins admitted to. Fill every field before you look at the captcha. Then look just above the send button for a reCAPTCHA box, tick it once, and read the page: a green check means it passed, and a second tick would undo it. An image puzzle ends the form: call finish_form with status blocked and say the captcha became a puzzle. If no box is there, do not wait for one. Both endings are normal on this site, which is why the order matters: on five postings the click did not pass and a puzzle followed, and on a later run the send button was reached with no captcha shown at all.

The form loads a moment after the page: if it looks empty, read the page again. A cookie banner may show, `div[aria-label='Cookie Consent']`, with "Accept all" and "Decline all" buttons: click "Decline all" by its text inside that banner. A click by position (`button:nth-of-type(1)`) is refused while the banner is up, as the event lands on the banner: seen on a real form, 16 seconds lost.

`#firstname`, `#lastname`, `#email` and `#input_phone` are the basics, and the phone has a country button before it: choose the country there and type the national number. An "invalid phone" error that shows while typing can clear when the number is typed again whole. Some forms also ask for an address: `#address`, `#city`, `#postcode` and `#country`.

Upload the CV under the "Resume" heading. Read that section's inputs with browser_evaluate to get the generated id, then give the file to `#description_input_<id>`, which took it on a real form. The obvious one, `#input_files_input_<id>`, refused browser_upload_files there because the click landed on an icon. The file then shows by name beside the input. Do not use "Autofill application" or "Import resume from".

A Cloudflare box "verifying you are not a robot" can sit above the submit button. Tick it before the form is sent if it is there. The one real send on this site died on exactly that box: the button stayed on "Submitting…" beside it, unticked, and nothing was received. So if the button reads "Submitting…", do not click it again: find that box, click its centre with browser_click_at because it sits in a frame, and read the page. If the button still reads "Submitting…" after two reads, call finish_form with status blocked and name the Cloudflare check. Whether ticking it releases the send is not known.

A Workday form needs a candidate account on the company's own site: every company is a separate account, and the browser profile keeps each sign-in. The pages are one web app that redraws itself without changing address much, so after every click read the page again with browser_snapshot. Controls are best found by their `data-automation-id`, as `[data-automation-id="email"]`; the `id` attributes are numbered and change.

The page at `/apply` is "Start Your Application" with `applyManually` ("Apply Manually"), `autofillWithResume`, `useMyLastApplication` and a LinkedIn frame: click `applyManually`. Do not use "Autofill with Resume", "Sign in with Google", "Sign in with LinkedIn" or the LinkedIn frame: the account is made with the candidate's email, never through another service.

Sign in or create the account. The step "Create Account/Sign In" shows `SignInWithEmailButton` ("Sign in with email"): click it. The sign-in form has `email`, `password`, `signInSubmitButton` ("Sign In"), `createAccountLink` ("Create Account") and `forgotPasswordLink`. Sign in with the candidate's email and the `account_password` from the answers; if the site says the account does not exist, click `createAccountLink`. The create form has `email`, `password`, `verifyPassword`, the checkbox `createAccountCheckbox` ("I agree", the terms and the privacy notice of the company) and `createAccountSubmitButton` ("Create Account"). The password rules are printed above the form: at least 8 characters with upper case, lower case, a digit and a special character. Use the `account_password` from the answers, the same on every company, so the candidate can sign in again; if the answers have none, call finish_form with status blocked and say so.
