ci: the pytest floor is 2507, what this branch's CI measured: the page tools are the server's now, so the 88 tests of the engine's own (its 16-tool fixture, browser_scroll, browser_screenshot, the browser argument) gave way to 84 that hold them to the server's capture, with the cases of browser_evaluate, read_html, take_screenshot and upload_files
