Philip Paeps 657c089950 lib80211: fix build with eXpat 2.9.0 
eXpat 2.9.0 deprecates XML_GetCurrentLineNumber() in favour of
XML_GetCurrentLineNumber64().  The new function behaves the same
as the old one but is not prone to 32 bit integer wrap-around.

Philip Paeps d44d79e577 bsdinstall: remove ftp.at.freebsd.org 
After ~13 years of running the ftp.at.freebsd.org community mirror is
shutting down at the end of March.  Remove it from the mirrorselect
script.

Philip Paeps 23a0c88b03 zoneinfo: don't install version 
The commit teaching the build to install tzdata.zi for libcxx also
instals version.  It turns out this makes at least one piece of third
party software cry: rubygem-tzinfo expects any file in zoneinfo to be at
least 44 bytes long.  Clearly this is a bug in rubygem-tzinfo but since
nothing actually uses version, we may as well not install it ... as we
did previously.

Philip Paeps 91506dba7f zoneinfo: also install tzdata.zi and version 
Build and install the shrunk version of the time zone database required
by libc++ 19 std::chrono::current_zone (etc).  While here, also install
the tzdata 'version' file to align more closely with other vendors.

Philip Paeps da038df8c9 share/zoneinfo: don't build obsolete SystemV zones 
The /usr/share/zoneinfo/SystemV directory has been empty on FreeBSD
since 2006.  The upstream source file was removed in 2020.  Also stop
passing yearisdate to zic(8).  This has not been necessary for years.
The script has been removed upstream since 2020.

Philip Paeps 9b5369d383 Unsplit vendor import of tzcode 2010n 
Historically, to work around CVS limitations, imports on the tzcode
vendor branch were split into subdirectories, which were then merged to
their respective counterparts in contrib.  In the Git era, this split is
unnecessary and adds more work.

Undo the split for the most recent vendor import of tzcode 2010n to
prepare for the vendor import of tzcode 2022c.

Philip Paeps 91feb4f420 riscv: add iicbus and iicoc to GENERIC 
The iicoc driver supports the OpenCores I2C IP.  This is included in at
least the SiFive "Unleashed" and "Unmatched" cores and probably others.

Philip Paeps f8262d7d8a Import wpa_supplicant/hostapd commit 9d9b42306541 
Start tracking upstream development of hostapd and wpa_supplicant more
closely.  The last upstream release is from August 2019.  Keeping up
with upstream development will make importing releases less exciting.
