Mike Jensen 259767fde7 MFA Fuzzing and Json Unmarshal Panic fix (#30854) 
This expands the coverage of fuzzing in `lib/web/fuzz_test.go` and includes adding seeds.
From this work a new panic was discovered where a pointer is allocated then a pointer to the pointer is passed into json.Unmarshal.  It is then possible for this original pointer to remain a `nil` reference.

This pattern looks unexpected, so all cases of double pointers being passed into json.Unmarshal were changed to the more standard empty struct pointer style to avoid potential nil reference panics.

Edit OIDC guides to recommmend writing the user's client secret to a
file before running `tctl sso configure oidc`. This way, the client

rosstimothy 5a78308ed2 Add action to detect binary bloat (#30708) 
Enables comparing binaries between consecutive commits on master
and release branches to detect an increase in size. A warning is
emitted if any of tbot, tctl, tsh, or teleport increase by more
than 1MB. The action fails if binary size is increased by more
than 3MB.

rosstimothy 71ee4d8dbe Improve dependabot PR experience (#30813) 
Updates the job names to reflect the language of the PR instead of
the directory name. This makes the PR titles less redundant and
makes it more obvious which language the updates are for.

Stop skipping the lint and build api workflows on dependabot PRs.
Now that the batcher isn't bundling the dependabot PRs we should
run CI checks on them prior to landing in the merge queue.

rosstimothy 942edbdf3c Group dependabot update PRs (#30771) 
Updates our dependabot configuration to use the new groups feature
to reduce the number of PRs opened every week. All minor and patch
updates for each defined package-ecosystem should now be grouped
into a single PR.

Additionally, the renovate config and workflow and the batching
workflow have been removed. They both served as a means to bundle
updates but now that the functionality is built into dependabot we
no longer need them.

Paul Gottschling 2a676e4f5d Remove Tabs components with one TabItem (#30769) 
In #30616, we replaced `ScopedBlocks` with `Tabs` components. This was
because most `ScopedBlocks` included variations on the same text for
multiple scopes, and replacing them with `TabItem`s was straightforward.
However, some replacements included only a single `TabItem`, which
displays awkwardly in the docs.

This change removes `Tabs` components with only one `TabItem`, replacing
them with body text.

Paul Gottschling 87735d3612 Move the tsh config file guidance (#30437) 
Fixes #27817

Move our guidance on the `tsh` config files to the `tsh` guide in the
"Connect your Client" section and out of the CLI reference. This is
because the CLI reference focuses on commands, while the general `tsh`
guide covers a number of topics, making it a more appropriate place for
the config file guide.

* Add AssistAction and AssistAccessRequest PostHog event reporting

This commit introduced new usage tracking for Assist features. AssistAction event is emitted when user triggers an action like SSH command generation or output explaining. AssistAccessRequest event is fired when user requests access to a resource. The events capture anonymized username, resource type or action triggered, and a breakdown of tokens used for generating command summaries or completion responses.

Both "AssistAccessRequest" and "AssistAction" messages in usageevents.proto file and their corresponding Go structures were modified to remove the "userName" field.

Add an explicit recommendation to use the Database Service to proxy
DynamoDB. There is already language in the guide to compare the App
Service and Database Service approaches, so this change moves this text
into an Admonition and includes the recommendation there.

The backend and gRPC methods for interacting with access lists have been
added. This additionally requires modifications to the generic service to
handle key prefixes so that access list members can be namespaced properly
within the access_list_member namespace in the backend.

Cam Hutchison befa606ed6 ci: Pass secrets from post-release to update-ami-ids (#30020) 
Add a `secrets: inherit` field to `post-release.yaml` so that when
calling `update-ami-ids.yaml` it can see the secrets. It is currently
failing with:
