Michael Ossmann 70d0dc97be remove links to mailing list and IRC 
Discord is now our active community. The IRC channel still exists on
Libera Chat, bridged to Discord, but we are no longer promoting it. We
intend to shut down the ubertooth-general mailing list soon.

This was causing time discontinuities of around 2^32 units of 100 ns in
generated PCAP files.

Mike Ryan 75925d920a host: remove apple-specific code for timestamp calculation 
The removed code was using an incorrect source for the absolute system
time. This caused timestamps in PCAP files to have very low tv_sec
values, resulting in timestamps being close to the UNIX epoch of
1970-01-01 on macOS.

Mike Ryan ece49e30c9 firmware: implement TX_ENABLE consistently 
Completely remove any block of code that could conceivably cause
transmitting to occur. This shrinks the firmware size, ensures
consistent behaviors, and blocks odd behavior (such as ubertooth-btle -s
succeeding).
