docs: port to VitePress 
Things that happen in this shameless squash:
- Removed 404 page
  - It doesn't work in VitePress and making it work in VitePress needs
    some invasive hack in the theme that I'm not willing to do
  - The default is more than enough, though
- Moved consoleVersionSelect include to another directory
  - This avoids being uploaded to Crowdin for translation
- Inline all SafeB9SInstaller includes
  - Not only do parameterized includes not work, but if/else statements
    don't work at all
- The sysupdate include parameter hasn't been used since MSET9, so it
  actually works just fine without any parameters. Hooray(?)
- Move mset9-chorus to an include, that logic doesn't work in VitePress
- Removed Get Started button from homepage, it breaks translations
- Tables in get-started are now shown by default; it seems VitePress really does
  not want us to use inline script. So we cannot enable it upon
  realizing that the browser is JS capable
- Include parameters are now in frontmatter to allow translation
- Hacked in a bunch of CSS values kanged from the old theme to make it
  look not stupid
- Drop headers down one level to make table of contents work

Flashing ntrboot (DSi)

Required Reading

Before proceeding, ensure you have read all of the information on ntrboot

This method requires temporary access to a Nintendo DSi that is compatible with your flashcart. This method uses the flashcart to run the ntrboot flasher .nds file on your DSi. This means that your flashcart must support launching .nds files on your DSi's version. See the flashcart table on ntrboot for more information.

Note that in some rare circumstances, it may be possible for the flashing process to brick a counterfeit flashcart and render it permanently unusable. This is unlikely, but nevertheless, only original listed flashcarts are supported. To reduce the chance of receiving a counterfeit card, it is recommended that you use a reputable site to buy your flashcart (such as NDS Card).

What You Need

  • Your ntrboot compatible flashcart
  • Two consoles
    • The source DSi: the Nintendo DSi which is compatible with your flashcart
    • The target 3DS: the 3DS family console on stock firmware
  • The latest release of ds_ntrboot_flasher (ds_ntrboot_flasher_dsi.nds)

Instructions

Section I - Prep Work

  1. Power off the source DSi
  2. Insert your flashcart's SD card into your computer
  3. Copy ds_ntrboot_flasher_dsi.nds to your flashcart's SD card
  4. Reinsert your flashcart's SD card back into your flashcart
  5. Insert your ntrboot compatible DS / DSi flashcart into the source DSi

Section II - Flashing ntrboot

  1. Launch ds_ntrboot_flasher_dsi.nds on the source DSi using your flashcart
  2. Press (A) to continue
  3. Use (Up) and (Down) to select your flashcart
  4. Press (A) to continue
  5. Press (A) to "inject ntrboothax"
  6. Press (A) to select "RETAIL"
  7. Press (A) to continue
  8. Select "EXIT"
