docs: point native-mod build instructions at the Mods page

"Settings → Game → Native mods (experimental)" no longer exists. The launcher builds
native mods from the Mods page (Build on the native build row); the game lists and
toggles them under Options → Mods. Prose only: no sha256, file or version changes.
