Backfill pages: light_overlay, lookat, menu_panorama, minimap, mod_menu, motion_blur, mousetricks, recipes, resourcify, right_click_crops, rightharvest, rmotd, serverify (#270)

Registry v2 backfill (docs/design/registry-v2.md): categories and tags for
each entry, descriptions extended where they were short or unformatted, and
every icon stored in icons/<id>.png (creators' own icons mirrored, the
missing ones drawn). No owners, versions or keys change.
