Take crossversion 0.7.1 down (revoked.toml) (#185)

This reverts commit 7645804495: the listing
comes down while the mod's account handling is reviewed with its author.

* revoked: turn installed crossversion 0.7.1 copies off

Removing the entry stops new installs only; the revocation also turns
copies players already installed off, with the reason shown to them.

The registry refuses removing a listing ("take its files down in revoked.toml instead").
