Merge pull request #9508 from horizon-rust/fix/composter-fill-fixture-sound

🤖 Agent: the composter regression from #9069 was only the fixture: play_unshared kept the fill sound out of audio.capture, so the probe lost its S line on every fill; the S line now comes from level event 1500 (data > 0 = fill_success, LevelEventHandler case 1500). composter + dispenser harnesses pass on the desktop at this head; pr_ready --quick green except the nix-shell's missing uname.
