crazy hugsy 5d49c227da Added docs to debug using VSCode (#995) 
This PR adds the documentation to use VSCode as a source debugging
platform for GEF.

It also fixes the PR template MD file, which had a non-terminated HTML
comment tag.

crazy hugsy 7c170cf6be Setup pre-commit for GEF (#984) 
This PR adds `pre-commit` to facilitate and unify the formatting of
everything in this project (code, test, docs, ci).

Aside from `.pre-commit-config.yml` and `docs/.markdownlint.yaml`, all
the other changes are purely cosmetic, applying markdownlint and fixing
here and there to make it pass.

It also creates a new CI job that'll simply execute `pre-commit` for new
PRs.

crazy hugsy 8f0f4443bd Restore main as the default branch (#983) 
This PR does not include any code change, it simply applies all the
latest changes pushed to dev recently to main as we go ahead and make
main the default branch.

In addition, gef-extras will also now have releases happening at the
same time as gef. This should facilitate the sync between both projects.
