Jen Hamon c05cba1a6a test(vectorstores_sparse): add integration tests for PineconeSparseVectorStore

Add end-to-end integration tests covering the sparse upsert and query paths
against a real Pinecone sparse index: add_texts/similarity_search,
similarity_search_with_score, and async twins (aadd_texts,
asimilarity_search, asimilarity_search_with_score). Tests skip cleanly when
PINECONE_API_KEY is absent.
