fix: remove minimatch resolution — incompatible with eslint-plugin-import

minimatch@10 changed its API, breaking eslint-plugin-import's
no-extraneous-dependencies rule which calls minimatch() as a function.
yarn v1 cannot scope resolutions per-dependent, so forcing minimatch@10
globally breaks linting. CVE-2026-26996 is noted as unfixable without
upgrading eslint-plugin-import to a version that supports minimatch@10.
