feat(mongodb): bump mongodb_atlas_tool to v0.0.3

- Fix: datetime serialization crash (handles all BSON types)
- Fix: JSON output is now a flat array (one message per doc, directly iterable)
- New: text output for reranker piping (vector_search, full_text_search)
- Refactor: shared serialize_doc utility in tools/utils.py
- New: unit tests for serialization

- Fix: Rerank JSON output is now flat (one message per result, directly iterable)
- Fix: Rerank accepts native list input from piped tools
- Fix: Rerank auto-converts dict elements to strings
- Remove: voyage-4-nano model (discontinued)
