Description

Our API CI workflow runs four separate pytest scripts (workflow, tools, testcontainers, unit) as distinct steps, repeating environment setup and leaving timeout configuration fragmented. We need a single entrypoint for these API tests to keep them aligned and reduce overhead.

Motivation

Consolidating the API test execution will cut duplicate setup time, keep coverage consistent across runs, and simplify maintenance when test suites change.
