In a NAT port mapping network environment, the host_url property may lead to an incorrect port number in the app_base_uri. This can cause issues with the application's URL generation.

Replacing the usage of host_url with url_root in the app_base_url property to ensure the correct port number is included in the base URI. This resolves the issue caused by NAT port mapping networks.
