Description

related issue (Close #6881)

Models using SDK v2 with default configuration will be migrated to SDK v3. Models using private api_endpoint will still use SDK v2 and remain unaffected. New configurations will be introduced later to allow users to decide on their own whether to use SDK v2 or SDK v3.

After upgrading SDK v2 to SDK v3, it becomes possible to use Doubao function calling branch models such as doubao-pro-32k(functioncall-240515)
