Summary

In the HTTP protocol, header names are case-insensitive (as per RFC 2616 specification), therefore "CF-Connecting-IP" and "Cf-Connecting-Ip" are equivalent.
But i suggest as the CF-Connecting-IP way , because it is more authority。
