Summary

Fixes #29509

  • Allow conversation rename requests to omit name when auto_generate is true and enforce a non-empty name otherwise across console and service APIs.
  • Align ConversationService.rename signature with the payload to accept an optional name.
  • Add controller-level unit tests covering the rename payload validation rules.
