99ecbf3ba7 d_pgm.cpp: added Knights of Valour Super Heroes Plus (The Best Firepower In 2020, 2020-02-06) [kovshpzqhl] 
(nw) Using asic from this set results no BGM music. Instead we are using asic from kovshpqszltw. It seems to fix the problem with BGM music but maybe
 others problems will occurs during game.
