Save states: Fixed incorrect timestamp in menu
...
Also changed save states to contain the raw framebuffer rather than a PNG, which allows displaying the screenshot in the emulator window when loading a state while paused

-Movies now record what game (name & CRC32) they were recorded from and attempt to load the same rom when played
...
-Movies/NetPlay now use the recent files list to look for roms to load
