Backport of libretro-super commit df51c9cc53386e615cc9f65513cb8606fab86d0b.
Libretro does not make statements about, endorse, or vet the personal
views or conduct of core authors or upstream developers. Documentation
describes the software only, and decisions about including or removing
a core are based on licensing, technical, and maintenance criteria.
