metainfo: add releases 1.20.0 to 1.22.2
The AppStream metadata stops at 1.9.11 (2021), so software centres show that as the latest release. Add 1.20.0, 1.21.0, 1.22.0, 1.22.1 and 1.22.2. Dates are the tag dates, which match the GitHub releases. Feature lists are summarised from CHANGES.md. 1.10.x to 1.19.x are not filled in.
