CD32 Tosec content moved to extras.dat

Hello,
Tosec datfile content for CD32 moved to extras.dat. Why?
- to avoid overlapping between tosec and redump sets.
- to persevere the meta-data (year, publisher, region)
- to recognize games by cue files - no problems with thumbnails
- no updates since 2019 - I'll check from time to time manually

...
