This updates the info file with documentation about what each entry does. The only changes we're really making here are enabling `cheats`, and changing the savestate functionality to use `serialized`.

dingux: Fix the C++11 iterators for dingux

The C++11 syntax was confusing dingux-mips32. Being a bit more explicit about the iterator should fix it up.
