db: Add Microsoft - Xbox 360 RDB building

The Xbox 360 database is built on the serial, as the other disc
systems the scanner matches by serial are: a disc's title, and its
place in a set ("FO-2046-1"), name it.

ParaLLEl Xbox's core info lists chd, which the core loads.
