Syncs dist/info/virtualjaguar_libretro.info with the core's own copy at
the v3.1.0 tag: version bump, savestate_features 2 -> 3 (run-ahead /
deterministic serialization now advertised), the optional CD BIOS
firmware entries, and a description covering Jaguar CD, JagGD
cartridges, netplay link cable and RetroAchievements.
Depends on libretro/blastem#55, which adds a CHD reader to the core; until
that lands the core reports a .chd as unsupported rather than misreading
it, so listing the extension early is harmless.
The core advertises md|gen|smd|32x|sms|gg|sg|sg1|sc|sc3|sf7|col|cue|toc|
iso|vgm|vgz|flac|wav|bin|rom|gz and sets need_fullpath, but the info file
still listed the Mega Drive extensions alone, so RetroArch filtered every
Master System, Game Gear, SG-1000, 32X and CD image out of the file
browser - the core looked like it only worked with Genesis content.
Bring the extension list, databases, system name and the need_fullpath
and core options flags in line with what the core actually reports.
NUS/WUP dumps load by pointing the core at their title.tmd, which is how
I have been running New Super Mario Bros. U. The core declares it as of
WizzardSK/cemu-libretro@77d435f.
There is no Wii U core on the buildbot at the moment. Cemu has a
libretro port that builds and runs on Linux, so register it.
Everything in the info file was read off the core rather than guessed:
supported_extensions, needs_fullpath and the version come from
retro_get_system_info, hw_render from the SET_HW_RENDER call,
input_descriptors from SET_INPUT_DESCRIPTORS, libretro_saves because the
MLC directory is created under GET_SAVE_DIRECTORY, and savestate is
false because retro_serialize_size returns 0 by design - Cemu has no
state serialization. cheats and memory_descriptors are false for the
same kind of reason: retro_cheat_set is an empty stub and the core never
calls SET_MEMORY_MAPS. Marked experimental.
build_extradir is "../bin/" because Cemu's CMake sends the core to
<source>/bin instead of into the build directory.
Note that the repository is currently my fork, as upstream
danprice142/Cemu-Libretro has been dead since January. There is also no
project for it on git.libretro.com yet, so a mirror still has to be set
up before anything can actually be built - happy to retarget the URL if
the core gets a home under the libretro organisation.
Add core info file for SPMP8000Emu, a Sunplus SPMP8000 game platform emulator.
## Features
- Emulates SPMP8000 game platform
- ARM-based SoC emulation
- Supports .bin game ROMs
- Written in Rust
Reflects the current RustyNES release: 172 mapper families (up from
168), native disk_control support (FDS multi-side swap via
RETRO_ENVIRONMENT_SET_DISK_CONTROL_INTERFACE), and confirms
memory_descriptors/cheats are now backed by real
RETRO_ENVIRONMENT_SET_MEMORY_MAPS and on_cheat_set/on_cheat_reset
implementations rather than only the legacy memory-pointer path.
