LibretroAdmin 542c909bc7 parallel_xbox: sync the core info with the core's

The info file the core carries (ui/parallel_xbox_libretro.info in
libretro-fork/parallel-xbox): the Sega Chihiro and its .bin netboot
images, hardware rendering (OpenGL 4.0 core or Vulkan 1.1), core options
v2, every firmware file under system/xemu/ (the MCPX boot ROM now
optional, with the experimental HLE; the hard disk image made when
missing, raw or qcow2; the Chihiro's files) and the notes and
description that go with them.
