Say which build wrote a log

Cemu names its build in the "Init" line, which a libretro core writes
before its log.txt exists, so a log sent in never said which commit made
it (sco8487). log.txt now names it under "Loaded title", and the
frontend's log in the first line from retro_init. The hash is the one
CMake takes from git at configure time, as it is for the standalone
build.
