73990bcc32 UI updates
Touch&hold now goes to game menu and single click goes directly to the game, so I removed bDirectLoad.

There's now a linear game list view for the game browser.

Assorted fixes.

80953ac56d Win32: Enable user to change emulated PSP nickname from the menu screens by popping a dialog box.
Win32: Enable user to bypass the in-game OSK by using the same dialog box. It doesn't support non-Roman characters yet.

2eaf581bbe Add experimental UV prescaling hack, hidden as it's not finished yet.
Most people should ignore this for now, it's a step towards faster skinning in the future.

ad5df976bd Blit framebuffers using screen aligned quads (buggy);
Implement asynchronous framebuffer readback for OpenGL and optional CPU-side pixel format conversion (needs optimization);
Add OpenGL ES support (untested).
