To really, truly fix the multi-midi race condition, the adlib driver is now always created before iMuse initialisation. This necessitated removing the multimidi toggle from the debug console.

Modified VirtScreen to inherit from Graphics::Surface, and added getPixels()/getBackPixels() accessors (these changes make it a bit easier to implement smooth scrolling); also replaced some uses of rtBuffer by proper access through the corresponding VirtScreen

Move SCUMM debugger init later on. With this _numVariables is set, so theoretically the Debugger's scumm_vars[] array should work again. Although it
