This tries to make our code a bit more compliant with our code formatting
conventions. For future use, this is the command I used:
git ls-files "*.cpp" "*.h" | xargs sed -i -e 's/[ \t]*$//'

- The size of the videos is now calculated when they are loaded (this helps remove some
nasty hacks and constant memory reallocations and simplifies the code)
- Some work on frame placement (e.g. in robot 1305, Phantasmagoria)

GRAPHICS: Change signature of VideoDecoder::load()

Now takes a pointer to a stream, instead of a reference.
The rational is that in all instances, callers have a pointer
(and dereference it to call load), and all load implementations
turn the reference back into a pointer.

The wrapper for the VMD decoder is only used in the SCI engine for SCI32 games, so moved it inside the engine, instead of common code. Added support for VMD video playing from the "play_video" console command
