agi Fixed initialization of some SoundMgr-class's member variables. Moved _sndBuffer's allocation to SoundMgr's constructor and its deallocation to the destructor. Made fillAudio SoundMgr's method and removed a superfluous global static variable 'int16 *buffer'.
