Removed CallerArgumentExpressionAttribute to fix support for dotnet 6 (#901)

### Motivation and Context
Build was failing on systems with dotnet 6 installed (and not dotnet 7)

### Description
Removed CallerArgumentExpressionAttribute and its usage.
