Dmytro Struk c5303d189b .Net: Naming and location updates for content models (#4163)
### Motivation and Context

<!-- Thank you for your contribution to the semantic-kernel repo!
Please help reviewers and future users, providing the following
information:
  1. Why is this change required?
  2. What problem does it solve?
  3. What scenario does it contribute to?
  4. If it fixes an open issue, please link to the issue here.

Since `InvokeStreamingAsync` is one of the main entry points in Kernel
and users will interact with `StreamingContentBase` result type a lot,
we need to improve class name to avoid any confusion.

Instead of this:
```csharp
await foreach (StreamingContentBase chunk in kernel.InvokeStreamingAsync(function))
{
   // Process streaming...
}
```

Streaming will look like this:
```csharp
await foreach (StreamingKernelContent chunk in kernel.InvokeStreamingAsync(function))
{
   // Process streaming...
}
```

### Description

<!-- Describe your changes, the overall approach, the underlying design.
These notes will help understanding how your code works. Thanks! -->

1. Renamed `ContentBase` to `KernelContent`.
2. Renamed `StreamingContentBase` to `StreamingKernelContent`.
3. Moved content classes to `Content` folder in solution and to the root
namespace (`Microsoft.SemanticKernel`).
4. Updated content models diagram.
