enhance: update master deployment image references to v3.0.2 (#53616)

Release v3.0.2: update the six deployment and standalone image
references from v3.0.1 to v3.0.2 (GPU: v3.0.2-gpu). After the bind-mount
ownership changes, both Compose services share the updated image anchor
and standalone_embed.sh uses the updated MILVUS_IMAGE variable.

Source tag: https://github.com/milvus-io/milvus/releases/tag/v3.0.2

Validation: git diff --check; bash -n scripts/standalone_embed.sh;
docker compose config --quiet for CPU and GPU. No source-code or
image-build changes.
