docs(installation): list every engine accepted by doctor --provider (#4767)

The One analysis engine readiness row offered ghidra (or hopper, ida) while
the CLI accepts hopper, ghidra, ida, jadx and kuna for doctor --provider.
Add the missing IDs and keep the table aligned.

Related to #4624: docs/cli.md carries the same stale enumeration and is
updated separately in #4651.
