The Windows bootloader sets no execute bit on extracted ARCHIVE_ITEM_BINARY
members (the S_IXUSR fchmod in pyi_archive.c is #ifndef WIN32). Mark type b
members executable only when the carrier dialect is posix.
* fix(python): reject code keys and set members with unhashable consts
* fix(python): refuse to hash a tuple that is still being read
* fix(python): hash a code object's co_consts tuple, not its item list

rea mcp doctor rendered json with Formatter.format, which always indents, so
redirected --json, --full-output and validation errors stayed indented. The
dispatcher now passes the stdout TTY state and the doctor renders json and
jsonl through jsonOutputParts like the other commands.

cborg's rejectDuplicateMapKeys compares Map keys by identity, and each byte-string key decodes to its own Uint8Array, so a terminal metadata map with the same byte key twice was reported as decoded. Compare the root map's scalar keys by kind and value and report a repeat as not-decoded, like repeated text keys.
The __vite__mapDeps table indexer mapped a spread element to one unknown slot, so every later entry kept a definite index even though the spread can add any number of elements. A call such as __vite__mapDeps([0, 2]) over ["./first.js", ...["./middle-a.js", "./middle-b.js"], "./last.js"] then resolved index 2 to last.js instead of middle-b.js. Keep only the entries before the first spread; indexes from the spread onward stay unknown.
Snapshots stored resolve(dirname(link), readlink(link)), a lexical
absolute path. Two different targets such as aaa/../target and
bbb/../target collapse to the same value, and with equal lengths the
before/after comparison reported a retargeted link as unchanged even
when the new link is broken. Store the target exactly as readlink
returns it.

IPA projections keep components outside every application root, but
executables required root membership and native_libraries matched only
.dylib/.so names, so an unrooted extensionless Mach-O such as
SwiftSupport/HelperTool was in neither list and formed no bridge
candidate. List unrooted Mach-O images under executables unless they
are already native libraries.

The Apple projection sorted application roots, bundle paths and symlinks
with relational string operators, which compare UTF-16 code units, so a
name with U+10000 sorted before one with U+FFFD. Use the shared
compareUnicodeCodePoints instead and remove compareProjectionStrings,
whose documented code point contract it did not meet.
