docs(reference): the runner contract's 0.7.6 pieces are published (#2308)
openrig.dev serves these contract pages from the release tag, and they still described 0.7.6 as an unreleased candidate. The harness runner, execution platform and joined author contracts now say the drafts were published with OpenRig 0.7.6 (tag `v0.7.6`). The `runner: true` with `launch_result: true` and `passes_model: true` rows read "Released in 0.7.6", in the published release notes' own terms. The implemented-interface baseline stays `b6bd4633`, and the published release adds repairs and documentation on top of it. The contracts stay drafts. Nothing about later releases is added, and the permissions section is unchanged. Text only: three files, +11/-11.

OpenRig composes agents into a team. An integration author supplies the pieces that let a new harness participate, or let an existing harness run in a new environment. This guide divides that work into two contracts:

This draft targets the **unsealed 0.7.6 candidate**. Its implemented-interface baseline is commit [`b6bd4633`](https://github.com/mvschwarz/openrig/tree/b6bd4633fbd94634a2b4bdef2574a6880f97be63). That base includes the runner declaration and `passes_model` changes. Later release repairs and version text are still being assembled; no final tag or package publication is asserted here. References below use the immutable base instead of a moving branch.

This chapter describes the placement and resource responsibilities of an integration author. The harness/runner chapter owns native protocol, model input, activity, attention, permission exchange and turn cancellation. This chapter owns where that harness runs, which files and credentials it can reach, how native state survives an environment change, and how results and resources return to their owners.

**Status:** a design contract for authors, with an existing-compatible composition and one measured private implementation. The measured baseline used OpenRig 0.7.4, OpenShell 0.1.6 and Claude Code 2.1.310. Inclusion of this draft in 0.7.6 documentation does not implement a generic environment driver, a `DeploySpec` loader or a cross-host native-resume guarantee. Proposed operations below are not commands or accepted configuration keys. Capability support must be stated for the actual integration and version.
