test(daemon): the #1077 stale-generation case uses a registered earlier occupant (#2341)

The resume-stale-generation fixture posted a generation the seat never registered, which #2341 now answers as generation_uncommitted. A real earlier occupant's generation is registered and no longer current; the fixture now mints that earlier tenure, so the case keeps testing what it meant (an earlier occupant's resume hook writes, and the conversation reads unverified) and its assertions are unchanged.
