docs(reference): scrub private path + seat attribution from sdlc-conventions

The cross-citation example in docs/reference/sdlc-conventions.md cited its
origin convention with the founder's personal absolute path and a seat
attribution — the exact leak this file's own public-hygiene rule (a public
artifact should carry no internal role/seat/path) forbids twenty lines above.
Cite the convention by name only; strip the seat attribution. Rule text and
citation structure unchanged; forward-only.
