docs(roadmap): drop the Slack channel map item, shipped in 0.6.13 (#1591)

ROADMAP drops the Slack channel map item (#192): one channel per seat, keyed by channel ID. It's finished, and #192 is closed as completed.

One deleted line; no new roadmap text.
