Hi, it's my first time following the documentation. I've spent several hours trying to find features like tools and setting up pipelines. The instructions led me to install images with the "main" tag. However, the main tag is from six months ago, and because of this, the latest features described in the documentation are not available.

This pull request simply changes the tags to include 'latest*' tags, which point to the most recently released versions, aligning with the documentation.
