I would like to propose relocating the documentation for the two environment variables—DOCUMENT_INTELLIGENCE_ENDPOINT and DOCUMENT_INTELLIGENCE_KEY—to the subsection RAG Content Extraction Engine.

At present, they appear to be placed under an incorrect subsection. As both variables are closely related to the environment variable CONTENT_EXTRACTION_ENGINE, I believe their documentation would be more appropriately located within the context of RAG Content Extraction Engine.

Shall I submit a PR?
