Selected and Pinned Models: the admin model list renamed default models to
Selected, and added Pinned. Documents where they live, how the Shift shortcut
and the view filter work, and how a selection resolves for a user, with
screenshots. Corrects the stale gear-icon path for Model Defaults and the
"+ New X" buttons that no longer exist.

Prompt caching: File Context off is now what injects the builtin Files tools,
so the guide leads with that rather than treating it as a subtraction. Adds the
per-resource tool inventory, the five conditions the Files category needs, and
spells out that Citations re-applies the RAG template into the system and last
user message after every tool round, which is the biggest cache-breaker in an
agentic setup.

ENABLE_ORJSON: covered in the env reference, the scaling guide, the performance
guide and the multi-replica guide, with the detail in one place and short
pointers everywhere else.

Widens KNOWLEDGE_GREP_MAX_MATCHES and VIEW_FILE_* to say they also govern the
chat-attachment tools, which share the same helpers.

Adds an Open WebUI and LobeHub comparison, checked against their repository
rather than their marketing: their free build does ship workspace roles,
per-resource grants and audit logging, and the real gaps are LDAP and SCIM.

Applies the agentic-platform framing and the customisability point across every
alternatives page, and adds the User Disclaimer event function to the community
plugins page.

Also documents the 0.11 changes that were missing: workspace create/import/export,
automations export and import, the analytics move into settings, the notes chat
sidebar, and version skew during upgrades.

Adds a landing image on the intro page and a set of feature screenshots.
